Like the age where you can generaly have sex. Im not talking about laws im talking about like when can you be ready to have sex.

Answer:

I know one of my friend who is 17 years old and had sex. But I personally think, 21 years is the ripe age for a guy to have sex.

Whenever you get your first erection I'd say you'd be good to go. Make sure you find someone you love. All my friends have regretted losing it to a stranger. If I had to give you a age margin, most american youth lose it from 14-16 most commonly at 16 anything past that and you pretty much remove all fears of parental intervention.
