To not mutilate the body parts that God gave man. Circumcision is a barbaric, unnecessary practice that's been perpetuated by doctors and hospitals that like to charge parents about $300 for the horrible act. Think about it-- why would you want to hack off part of your child's sex organs? The "medical benefits" that some group-thinking moron will probably now claim are a bunch of bull. Medical problems resulting from having all one's body parts intact such as foreskin are very few. The question really ought to be what is the purpose of BEING circumcised. I am circumcised and I don't like it. Why? I have sex just fine, but check out a porno with an uncircumcised male in it sometime and notice how the foreskin is allowed to go up and down much further, which is the action that creates pleasurable feelings. Go to a briss (circumcision) sometime and listen to the baby's blood-curdling screams when he's circumcised. That creates a lot of mental anguish for the parents and God only knows how much for the boy. This practice needs to be stopped. Google this subject to find out more-- I really wish that part of my sex organ hadn't been hacked off at birth.

Unless circumcision is done for religious reasons (Judaism and Islam, among possible others), it's the family's choice. They can chose to have their infant son circumcised or not.
