What is the most effective way to get rock hard abs FAST
I HAVE NO FAT TO PUT OF,My six pack does show a bit,but i cant get it rock hard

the only way i have been able to is doing crunches with legs crossed, pivot hips (left to right) for 50 each. Also variations with legs up and on doing crunches on gym ball. Drink alot of water and eat apples reguarly. good for development.
