The new average, after new studys have been done, all mesured by staff is 5.5 inchs and 5 inchs around, if it was the 6 inchs people believe, then why do so many guys ask the question so often, its because 6 inchs is bigger then many, and they still feel to small, believe me when a girl says that out of her experince its 6, ask if she mesured,if not, believe me, 5.5 is the length you want.

The number varies a lot, depending on if the men being surveyed are asked to measure it themselves (those studies end up with bigger numbers). Of the ones I've seen personally, I think the average was about 6 inches, maybe a bit more. There's a lot of variation on how thick they are, though.
