I have a friend of mine who claims to be virgin,he dont want to break it before marriage but sometimes he can't with hold it.How can i help him.

Break what?? He's either had sex or he hasn't. If he doesn't want to have sex before marriage, then just don't do it. Period. He can masturbate all he wants....that has nothing to do with virginity, male or female.
