Avoid oversleeping!

Regular excercises..please note the term regular!will help a lot...

there is no need to give up your favourite food but there is a need to give up the additional amount that adds on to your fat..so jus ve a great diet thats balanced, excercises, try avoid being a couch potato all the time...
