I am 6'0" with an athletic frame and weigh 177lbs. The charts say it I should be 169lbs. but I feel great at 177lbs.
My guess of the average weight for American men at that height...since 76% of the US population is classified as either over weight or obese....would be closer to 200lbs plus.

Average is tough to say. Are you large framed? Muscular? I'd saqy anywhere from 180 to 200 depending on your frame and muscle mass.
