Puberty is so diverse that it is very inaccurate to establish an average for that age, so don't let it worry you.

So really, anything between 4 and 8 inches erect is fine for an adult. It's how you use it that matters.

The soft size doesn't matter as long as you can pee with it. Some guys are "growers" where they look small when soft but grow a lot when hard, and others are "show-ers" when they look like they're big, but they don't grow much when hard.
