for white men it's 5'1/2"-6'1/2" erect and then 2"-4" flacid, I heard the size of the penis when flacid has no effect on how big the man is when hard. So don't feel bad if yours isn't super big when flacid. I don't know the exact statistics on the asian, hispanic, or black men out there but there is a difference from race to race.

Well the average man erect can be 5 1/2-6 1/2. The smallest penis size i heard was 1 1/2 inches erect. And the largest i heard without alterations was 13 inchessorry but flaccid penises vary in genetics and race, so i cant tell you.
