If the ideal body measurement for women is 36-24-36, what is the ideal measurement (or whatever you would call it) for guys? Obviously guys don't have a cup size, so what is the criteria?

Answer:

Oh that is EASY, Arnold Schwarzenegger's 6'2" 235Ib figure is the IDEAL body measurement for MEN! Just take him and shrink him down(height and weight and measurements of course) to your height that is if your shorter and that's what you should look like. He did get put in the Guinness Book of World Records because of his perfect figure after all.

Oh and you CAN'T give an Ideal measurement for men in general because all men aren't the same height.

If your talking waist size, anything over 35 is unhealthy. Typically a medium sized person, which could be interpreted as average, waist sizes are 32-34 and chest are 38-40.

male model's waist size is supposed to range between 28-32, but some get away with 33 at most.

with the hips im not sure ~ i think its identical to the chest like the bust for women.

the chest measurement is supposed to be between 38 and 42, but some get away with up to 44.

i think total ideal is 40-32-40.
