i don't have alot of fat on my body but whats left is sitting abnormaly on my chest?

could be a condition called gynecomsatia (male breast growth) sounds worrying but it doesnt have to be. sometimes it is juts fatty deposits and sometimes a hormone imbalance can cause tissue to grow. Have a look on the net and see your gp if it really bothers you.
