Just wondering... do eunuch's or anyone who gets castrated get just their testicles cut off or do they get everything cut off? If they get everything cut off how do they go to the washroom. And if they don't, can they still get an erection?
Answer:just the testicles and the reason is so they cant ever get an erection, the testes control all of that, he just needs the penis to pee.
Just the testicles. One can still get an erection without testicals, but without much of a sex drive I'd imagine it would be fairly difficult.
