Ask a doctor for growth hormones if you are below average height. Your Growth plates have to be open as well and those close most of the time at age 25.

well the average man does't stop growing until 24 even if it's just by 1/2 of an inch. Normally exercises put stress on your body shortening you beleive me!

Not a darn thing, you have already stopped growing. In fact the only thing you have to look forward to is to slightly shrinking when you spinal disks get old. The effect is more pronounced on women though.

Even human growth hormone won't do you any good, unless you want a big head and steroid rage.
