What makes you think you even can -- because you hear about it on the internet? You can read a lot of things, but that does not make them true.

It's known that a smaller percentage of guys could do this during their teens at some point. A tiny percentage of adult males are be able to do this, that might be reflective of odd phyisological/hormonal differences. Most men have a refractory period that increases with age; i.e. it's not possible to reach orgasm again for a varying amount of time.

A book was written on the topic. Just don't necessarily believe any methods suggested unless you prove it yourself.

One researcher published a likely fabricated study showing that men who take 0.5 mg of cabergoline a day before sex can have multple orgasms. But the general consensus from reports on the web is that the study results must have been fabricated, because it did not work for anyone who tried it.

A German research team has actually been paid to research this, but so far has not found out what definitively causes the refractory period. They just published a study where they examined cerebrospinal fluid after orgasm in men to check to see what hormones, etc, are released. The study didn't reveal much. Prolactin is known to increase after orgasm, but research does not support that it is the sole cause of the refractory period, and when suppressed might also give weaker orgasms.


True multiple orgasms are pretty much the joy of our female counterparts. Except for those wonderful teenage years when multiple releases were an everyday event. When it comes to us post pubescent guys, once that big pop happens, we are due for some recovery time. The actual amount depends on each person's physiology/ environment, physical fitness, stamina, arousal etc.
