I mistakeinly used some estrogen crem thinking it was something else and wanted to know if there was any effects that would happen to a male

If you only used it once, then I wouldn't worry about it. If you've used it repeatedly, then you could experience a variety of "feminizing" traits, such as enlarging of the breasts, lowered sperm count, and possibly atrophy of the testicles, if used at a high dose.

Don't use it again, and you should be fine. If you develop a rash or anything (allergic reaction to other chemicals in the cream), then i'd see a doctor. Otherwise, dont' worry about it.

hair gets finer, boobs grow and balls shrivel and dick goes limp. just using it once shouldnt hurt, but they dont even sell hormone based creams here anymore due to kids getting into it and having strange physical reactions.
