Not sure that's possible. When you were 5 there wasn't that much surface area to the head and it wasn't always rubbing against your underwear and getting slightly calloused. Plus the skin was just naturally softer and thinner. Instead of the extra sensitivity, you now have a vivid imagination and tons of experience to draw on, not to mention very powerful hormones driving you to ever greater heights of ecstasy.
