well, i understand that for jewish men, it is part of their religious practice. for christians, it is immaterial. paul says so in his letters. as far as secular concerns, an uncircumcized man has more of a responsibility to keep area under the foreskin clean, and if a young boy isn't circumcized, his foreskin should never be forced back. some women (and men) strongly prefer a partner to be circumcized, but my husband isn't, and i like it just because it's different!

There is no reason to circumcise boys in this day an age.

HYGIENE - IT'S CLEANER : Unless you are a dirty bastard that doesn't wash, you can have a perfectly clean and healthy foreskin if you bathe at least once a day. Anyone who tells you otherwise (mainly circumcised men who have never experienced anything different), is ignorant or lying or both.
