I'm in my very early 30's, and never been sexually active. Lately I've had problems peeing where the urine comes out about a quarter to half the rate it used to - This started about 2 months ago, and I got a urine test at the doctors which showed nothing three weeks ago and I had a blood test 6 months ago which showed my blood sugars were normal (but have high Cholesterol) - however in the last 2 weeks I've started getting pain in my Penis on and off, mainly at night - and at one point feeling very itchy around the scrotum and thighs area. The itching lasted about 2 or 3 days but the pain still comes and goes.

It doesn't hurt when I pee but sometimes a while after the urethra feels a little sore throughout it's entire length. Also in the last week I've noticed when I masturbate virtually no semen comes out any more - just a few drops of white stuff like part cooked eggs whites but it's not sticky at all like normal semen.. plan to go back to doctors but please advise of what it may be

get to the doctor! this health history is not seemingly consistent with a virgin, so that being said, there are certainly unknowns.

A doctor will need to inspect and investigate. Do not delay. Also, see if you can arrange to have your semen tested too. Semen is a tissue too, so they can find a lot of answers looking there.

Well you need to consult your personal physician, if you have one. Alternatively consult a doctor with whom you have had some consultations earlier. In the answers column one doctor has given some suggestions and you need to follow the same.

As I see it you have prostrate infections and also your kidneys need to be check along with the galbladder. If you have been masturbating, please stop this for some time.

All said and done you better consult a physician at the earliest.
