Ight yall, I'm a buck 50, 6'1, male, got a six pack, but I've always been lean and have hella high metabolism. I can eat like you've never seen but I wanto to know what to eat to gain weight. Also what routines will make me bigger and get me muscle? let me know...

Answer:

heavy weight, low reps, 3 excercices per muscle group working out a major and a minor like chest and tricep, back and bicep, shoulders and neck, legs on a separate day to include squats, ham curls, quad extensions and calves. Lean protein (shakes suck) chicken, salmon and lean red meats. Just because you can eat alot doesn't mean you have been eating the right muscle building foods.

Obviously this is only a quick answer but take it and look up more info and different excercises.


get a blender with a blade attachment put in-1 big hand full peanuts,1 large serving oats,1 desert spoon honey,2 scoops chocolate cyclone(maxi-muscle product)or other make(mammoth 2500 for instance) and half pint semi skimmed milk blend together and drink just before bedtime
dont listen to anyone but me homie.

you need 100% whey protein. you need a couple hundred grams a day. it is sold at target, walmart GNC, the vitamin shoppe etc etc etc..i suggest the latter.

YOU MUST use creatine. The vitamin shoppe sells that.

Use heavy weights, not light weights. add a little weight every week or other week for sure.

do not do cardio the day of weight training. benching is the best, but add at least 4-6 exercises for sure.

continue eating well. sleep well.
