Tips on exercising and getting shredded
I am 5 10 and weigh 195 right now. this past year i have been lifting weights and my arms and shoulders have bulked up but the problem is my girlfriend is into abs which i do not have, i have a flabby stomach. On top of that i have a friend who is 6 4 and weighs 150, he said he could gain 25 pounds in three months before i could loose it35 pounds. so i have stopped lifting and now i want to concentrate on a cardio program. if anyone knows tips on how to loose weight and get shredded please let me know because i have to beat my friend.

It's hard to balance calories etc. to maintain muscle and keep your abs flat. .More cardio, smaller meals, 5-6 times a day.. have a protein shake in the pm.. Nonfat or water not whole milk. Cardio should be short and quick. 20 minutes on a treadmill or sprints.. Caloric restriction works too.. but you might substitute muscle size for abs.. experiment.
