Im 24 and been having frequent sharp pains in my left testicle its been going on for a while and im concerned!! upon a self examination, i have noticed a small mass or somerhing on the bottom of my testy it doesnt exactly hurt all the time but more of a throbing pain. anyone have any answers to this question?? im very concerned and need some input

Answer:Sometimes testicle pains are caused by the type of underware you wear, tight underwares do cause testicle pains and some rashes on skin under testicle, if it is not another problem just make some changes by wearing loose underwares for a certain time see if the pain will go away,
well that lump you felt may be a tumor. i would go to the doctor and check that but dont worry, there may be a solution good luck!
