If it bothers you....try cleansing yourself with a baby wipe after a bowel movement in addition to regular wiping with toilet paper. Any of the "Huggies" or "Pampers" or similar brands should do. Be sure you get one that is flushable to avoid plumbing problems.
I personally hate skid marks weather it bothers my wife or not and this method has eliminated them from my underpants.
Surely to best thing would be to make sure your bottom is clean before pulling up your underpants.
