I heard that boys/men should not sleep with underwear in night. The chances of testes cancer is more for the people who sleep with underwear. I tried but as i get errections while sleeping, its embarassing. But in case its true, let me do it at any cost.

That's a myth. They say that wearing very tight underwear all the time can make men impotent, which is also very far fetched. Don't worry about it. Sleep with your underwear.
I've never heard of that. But I've heard of wearing tight jeans causing sterility. If your concerned about it, maybe switch to boxers. Their not so binding and your "general" will have a lot more room to stretch.
