there is skin over my penis even after 5 years of marriage .. i am not able to enjoy the sex.what to do

Answer:

you need to stretch your foreskin and use topical steroids.

I'm guessing you're referring to the foreskin. Most children nowadays are circumcised at birth, removing the foreskin but there are still a fair amount of men from certain cultures and families that are not circumcised. If you are uncomfortable you can see a urologist and have a tiny slit cut into the foreskin to make it able to retract easier or have an adult circumcision to remove the foreskin completely. Because both of the procedures are more complicated in adults, they are properly numbed and should be performed by a urologist and not just any medical doctor. Good luck.
Presumably you have not been circumcised ...? Can you manually pull the skin (foreskin) covering the tip of your penis back ...? If so, pull back prior to having sex - it may remain retracted and should give you pleasure ie stimulation of the glans is what caused pleasure during sex.

If you cannot pull it back comfortably (either when flaccid or erect) then you can try to stretch it - with help of warm water, creams etc - but don't try too hard and get it stuck as this can be very painful - and even dangerous.

If you can't consult a doctor/urologist - they may recommend partial or full circumcision. But be sure you get good advice - don't assume this is the first choice - as some doctors will opt of this because it is the easiest way to deal with tight forskin problems.
