15 years old male, 147 pounds 5'9, 40 minutes of pretty vigarous workout during gym very competative school so we have those coaches as teacher what more do i need to do a nice six pack and in how long will i get it if i follow ur advice

I recommend doing the ab boot camp, alot of models and body builders use it as well as normal people who want a great stomach to show off! The Ab Boot Camp, has some dietary suggestions of cutting back on sugar and drinking more water then for at least 3 days of the week do the ab boot camp along with 30 minutes of cardio that day. You should see results within a month if your stomach is not covered with a layer of fat, if they are then I recommend keeping up with cardio to burn the fat!

umm... well my big bro is in kick boxing he sad eat right for like a month and do 200 sit ups and 50 push ups befor bed time for like a month i dont know what the push ups have to do with abs but i would take his advice he has like a 10 pak hes buff too
The best way is to just keep your abs tight while you're doing cardio, like running or boxing. Just keep them tight as long as you can - while you're sitting in class, etc, etc. Crunches help, but this works way better.
It would be nice if a precise formula existed for getting the six pack abs, but there are so many factors. Most of these factors can be controlled, but there is one that can't - and that's genetics. Only a few lucky people have the genetics that make it fairly easy to maintain a 6 pack.
