First three sound like a stomach virus, but the black stool is more serious. Go see a doctor, or hospital.

Call your doctor. Black stool can mean blood in the stool. OR your stool could be black from something you ingested like Pepto Bismal or dark colored food. Sharp pain, is in the lower right quadrant? Is it midway between your right hip and umbilicus (belly button)? Does it hurt less when you press there than it does after you let go (rebound tenderness). Could be appendicitis. Do you have a fever?
Make sure you stay well hydrated (drink plenty of fluids). Call your doctor in the morning. Could be a stomach virus but the black stool has of concern.
