what exercises can I perform to help lift or build my upper chest. I am blessed with a large chest but it is sagging and the nipples seem puffy. doesnt look too good in a shirt. What exercises should I perform to focus and ift that area

Pushups and bench press.

Wear a tank top and a hoodie over it, no one could tell the difference.
Try chest flys. Lie on a bench with dumbells in both hands and hold them out horizontally, and lift them to meet up over your chest without bending your elbows. Do 4 sets of 8 twice a week.

Definitely do the bench press and the military press, and lower your calorie, or at least carb intake. It might be hormonal, also. Check with a doctor.
