I weigh around 145 pounds and I am about 5 foot 5 inches. I used to run and I want to start back up again. I was wondering if you can give me a good running plan, to start up again.

I can't run fast.

I watch the runners, joggers, power walkers and just strollers(walking talking)

start by running a little each day and increase the time u run about every week by just a little bit.
i used to be a pretty bad runner(mile time 12:43) but now i have a best mile time of 5:50, because i run once every 2 days. you should start of running 1 mile a day 3 times a week, then gradualy increase the distance as you get better. remember: dont run if your legs are sore or tired, because you wont get very far
start gradually.It's better to have a friend with you to encourage you !

If all fails take your dog along he/she won't complain :)

Don't think about how far you have to run,think about how far you've gotten !
