Pushing out semen-like fluid

After having masturbated twice one morning, I tried to urinate, even though I had done so after the first time. I usually like to "clean the pipes", so to speak.
Anyway, I pushed pretty hard in an effort to expel some urine, but instead a thick fluid that looked like semen without sperm was pushed out.
This only happened just the one time. Because I have been in a monogamous relationship for the past 9 years and both my wife and I have only been with each other, an STD seems to be a pretty remote possibility.
Is it possible that something got "stuck" from when I ejaculated and that whatever valve mechanism that usually prevents the discharge of prostatic or other fluids?
Answer:If you are worry, why not consult a doctor.
This is normal after "straining" the way you did. Don't worry about it
