i have sever pains and swelling in my lower back like were my butt crack starts and it happens like once every six and at the end it will pop and some stinky brown liquid comes out i'm sorry it sounds gross but i'm in sever pain and i would like to know what it is and how to get rid of it i read up on hemoroids and it didn't seem like what i have but it could be ive used preperation H but it dont work and that is hemoroid cream

You have a cyst it sounds like and you need to see a Dermatologist to have it corrected.
You should seek medical attention. Don't wait any longer it may be something serious.
