i play football, and am not able to wear a cup because i would have to let the penis out of the cup because it doesnt fit, which leads to pinching when i am hit. any suggestions?

umm yeah you need to stop using the juvenile cup and start using an adult cup.
The obvious answer is a larger cup size, but that doesn't always work. Especially since the normal cups only come in two sizes. I have the same problem and found most cups really uncomfortable. But there is hope, these days you can find a number of different shapes instead of just size. Try nuttybuddy.com for a unique one, or abcunderwear.com for a pretty good selection otherwise. Do some research and you'll find one that works for you. I found a modified banana cup that finally was comfortable enough to play sports in again.
