Answer:They do help and work, but it takes patience and dilligence as the gains are small and long in the coming. The warm up is the most important as it gets your tool ready for the rest. The only danger in these excersizes are people who overdo it. Anything that causes pain or discomfort should be avoided. Obviously there are going to be some uncomfortable sensations as you increase the volume of blood in your penis, but it should never hurt. The earliest signs of overdoing it is a condition know as petachiae (not sure if I spelled that right) but basically the ends of the blood vessels pop and it looks like little red spots on your head. And you shouldn't do the excersizes when you are hard, even though this proves to be more difficult that said, as it could damage the veins, but this is rare. Speaking as someone who has gained some size using these excerisizes, I can say that it honestly does work, but you have to keep at. Medical research suggests that if boys were taught these excersizes when they hit puberty, then optimal penile growth could occur.
