i have a pain in my right testicle, i started in my right side lower back yesterday, but has moved to my testicle now, it goes away for spells but comes back so strong it takes my breath away, does anyone know what this might be
Answer:what it is is an excellent reason to go to yoru doctor, get naked and have your testicles and everythign else too checked out thoroughly.
it may be to to much sex or too much caffiene or worst cancer have it checked out at once

Could be a twisted testicle. They usually go away on their own, but you never know. Or, it could be a pinched nerve, or a some kind of problem. Check with your doctor, and good luck.
I think lot of sex or masterbation cause u need to rest ur penis a 24 hours cause the quantite of sperms most comes 3mL so it comes out less, lets say 1mL comes out so the other 2mL comes out air so it suck out the air in ur balls thats why it hurts. it must be the right one cause maybe theire was any sperms inside it.
It could be a hernia. I suggest you go to your doctor's office and find out for sure.
