Can i still achieve an amazing body

i just turned 30. ive been exercising on and off for many years now. never once achieved any six-pack or perfect pecs. im just wondering if ever im really going to focus my all on achieving a ripped body now that im 30, can i? or is it already too late?

Answer:

Not too late at 30. It is a but tougher at 45 though.. just ask me... but not impossible then either... so you got 15 years to get that body together.. if you try hard enough you can put a good dent in those abs in under 12 months.


It's not too late to build muscle. It'll gets harder as you get older because you lose energy, joints become stiff, etc. Keep working while you're at your prime and good luck :)
It all depends upon your determination and mindset. If you wanna be ripped, by God go for it MAN!!!
It's never too late but you may want to think about what you're eating as some food types might aid you, helping you build a healthy body
Sure you can, you just have to want it. Give up on the bad foods. Your 30 so you do the shopping. Find a fun place to run and do that untill your body tires out. Sit ups and push ups througout the day. Remember that if you have those "love handles" you cant get rid of them by just working out your obliques. You need to be doing cardio and doing some kind of circuit training. (sit ups/push ups/running)
it really depends. if you have a chubby body, you have to lose the fat first. cause if you don't and go strait to ab work, it would take longer and you'll get a big stomach with abs. the fat just turns to muscle. and even though you're 30, you can still achieve the body you want, its just that when we get older, our metabolism slows down. i suggest you eat a few grapes a day, it will speed up your metabolism. but just a few grapes.
Noi it's not to late just eat really well, and exercise lot's.
