Can anyone recommended a good supplement to get over a plateau
I managed to gain 10kg using Maximuscle Promax Extreme, but have now plateaued at 85kg. I want to get to 90kg. What product(s) do you recommend?

Last month I switched to low weights (60-75% of the maximum I could lift) but more reps (x10, 3 sets) and have noticed an increase in strength and corrected some flaws in my techniques.
This month I'm looking to increase muscle mass so I'm doing 1 set of low weighs (x9), 1 short set of the heaviest I can lift (x6) , another 1 set of low weights (x10) finishing with a set of weights a few kgs above set 2 (aiming for 5) to exhaustion.
Mix it up a bit and keep your body guessing - that way you trick the muscles into thinking they keep needing to increase.
Try changing your lifting routine, not your suppliments. Lift either higher weight with lower reps, or lower weight with a ton of reps. This will break your body out of the rut it is in.
you can change your supplements, but you dont need to. what you really need to do is eat more. instead of 5 meals a day (which is what you should be having) eat 8 meals a day. make sure they are well balanced meals. high carb and high protein. its good to take atleaste 3-4 protein shakes a day. this will definitely help you gain the weight you need.
