This actually did happen to me a while back..It was pretty brutal if you ask me..

yes, some damage can leave the vas deferens, or other vital parts permanently damaged, if you are still experiencing pain, or there is swelling then go to a doctor

It doesn't actually cause sterility. It can make "stupid sperm" which are sperm that are born with, say, three tails or no tails or just are useless and can't do anything. But that's temporary. Drinking alcohol and being in hot areas (like a hot tub) can do the same.

I wouldn't recommend it as a form of birth control though lol.

It cannot make you fully sterile, but it can cause a low sperm count, and abnormal sperm such as sperm with 2 tails. But its temporary.
