Can I change my body in 2 months
I am so thin. I want to put on some weight. I also have a bad posture. Will 2 months of exercice do me any good?
Answer:Absolutely, positively, YES! I used to very thin and I had worst than poor posture. I have multiple sclerosis and used to have a more than annoying drop foot as well as some weakness on my right side from my last relapse of the disease.
So I went into physical therapy and part of that therapy was strength training. As a result of strength training, I strengthened my upper back muscles so that my posture improved. I also strengthened my leg muscles, which helped a great deal with spasticity. And I did put on some weight because muscle is heavier and denser than fat. So I don't look at the scale anymore. Now I look at how I feel. Should you decide to start strength training, start out slow and don't push it or you could injure yourself. Form is more important than the amount of weight. Also, give yourself a good six weeks before seeing a measurable difference in muscle tone, although you will see some improvement after two weeks. Best of luck to you!
Pull ups, try doing sets of 10 pull ups every single day. You will increase your body mass, especially muscle mass. Pull ups also correct your posture because the exercise focuses on the neck, shoulder and back muscles, as well as (mainly) your arms. Do 5 sets of ten, all the way down and all the way above your chin, and you will put on 15 lbs in 2 months. The more you do, the more weight you gain. When you gain weight, you are increasing the load that you are pulling up (your own body) and thus increasing your ability to pull up more weight making yourself even bigger.
there is no such thing as too thin sweetie :) I personally prefer the skinny guys. I don't like a lot of muscle, It's a turn-off for some reason..I know a lot of girls who think so too so don't stress about yo guns. ;)
