what is the best and affectave way to build arm muscles?
Answer:Bench Press, Incline, Free Weights, Military Press, Push Ups. Just a list of a few.
i suggest you eat and drink a lot of dairy and eat a lot of meat. lift wights starting with 5 lbs. and work your way up. do as much push ups as you can until you think you can't anymore.
the key to making other muscles in ur body stronger and bigger is to have strong abdominal muscles. u should lift weights and eat a lot of protein. if u do 3 sets of 10 reps for each work out u do for a couple of months u will start seeing a big difference. some lifts us should do are: bench press. military press, inclind press, pull ups, and dips. work out every other day. after every work out do an ab cycle that includes crunches, bicycles and flutter kicks. do 50 reps of each. a big thing that a lot of people dont know is to stretch after your work out. before your work out do a jog to warm up ur body. u might want to ad leg lifts to ur work out on days that u arent doing arms so ur body doesnt look funny.
