Beginner dumbbell exercise suggestions

I recently bought two 15 lbs dumbbells. This is my first time working with weights. How man reps should I do?
Answer:standing bicep curls, concentration curls(sitting with elbow planted against inside knee or thigh to isolate your biceps), triceps extensions, side arm raises( to build shoulders) are good for starters. don't sling the weights around you will hurt yourself. do the exercises with dilberation as to fully work the muscles with out getting hurt.
I am by no means a body builder. I bought the Joe Weider Ultimate Bodybuilding book about 10 years ago. He recommends doing 2 to 3 sets of 10-12 reps for beginners.
