Men do get breast cancer, but it's rare. Not only is there a lot less breast tissue, but there isn't the hormonal impetus to growth, either.

I once saw an illustration, in good old days men wore gallis pants. In this case, buckle on the gallis had been irritating the nipples and poor fellow got cancer breast due to chronic irritation!

yes, they are but they have a MUCH smaller percentage of cases, and the chances of getting it are slim...only about <3% of men actually get it...very very uncommon in men...their chests dont have as much fatty area for it to develop and spread through
