Permanent remedy for Cancer is really needed. There's no drug to treat the disease in it's later stages.

But, there should not be any permanent remedy for AIDS. People must have some fear before they do something wrong. When drugs are found to AIDS, it'll actually help those culprits to continue their extra-martial affairs.

But I agree that permanent remedy is necessary for children, women who unknowingly get these diseases.

I don't think so, as both are caused by virus and a virus cannot be killed..it mutates too fast. We may be able to control it but not cure it.

In religous texts, it has been stated that there will be a disease that there is no cure for, whether or not it is aids i'm not sure..

It's very hard to say. I just turned 25 and I've also just got out of the hospital after being there for a month. I had Hodgkin's Disease (lymphoma) and it's one of the few that they will class as "cured" after a number of years. There are many "Government Conspiracy" theories out there, but I can tell you from first hand experience that there are many doctors, nurses, scientists and organizations fighting hard to save lives.
