If you are thinking of using these to harm yourself, don't do it. The everclear alone might be enough. If you are being treated for anxiety, alcohol will not result in long term improvement of your condition and will only give you more to be anxious about. Call someone. If you do not know someone you can talk to, it will be better to talk to a trained stranger than to take some of the steps you may have considered. I once had a panic attack so bad that I worried that I might take drastic steps to end it, so I went to the emergency room. The attack was a side effect of cancer medication, but it was plenty scary. Do something positive to address the problem head on. You will be very glad later that you did.
