i have one pupil that is larger than the other (right eye)
Answers:It is normaly associated with either drug use, or brain damage, no offence intended. But if you were born that way, it might be normal, just genetic blueprint glitch. You most probably have one leg longer than the other too. Most people do.
maybe one pupil is getting more light that the other. i was messing around with this the other day. but if you refer to one being larger in general , say all the time. it could be that both your eyes are not the same in shape, therefore causing a different demand in the light amount for each. thats my idea.
often this is just "one of those things" - nothing to worry about. if related to illness it sometimes occurs after head injury with pressure on one side of the brain from bleeding. very rarely it may be due to pressure on optic nerves from a space occupying lesion, or growth.
