A)polydypsia B)polyphagia C)polyuria.
Answers:well,in simple words:
A-POLYDYPSIA:due to polyuria,so body will lose high amount of fluid so it needs to compensate for the lost fluid by increasing the desire to drink excessive fluids.
B-POLYPHAGIA:as insulin is anabolic hormone,so it needs more food to work on especially in type 2 diabetes.
C-POLYURIA:due to increased sugar amount in blood and because sugar is highly osmotic substance so it will withdraw fluid from tissues to blood stream and that will lead to increase the frequency of urination.
C.. something to do with the urine.. i think.
super dark urine, night sweats, sweat when doing small things
Polydypsia means excessive thirst. Polyphagia means excessive ingestion of food and polyuria means excessive excretion of urine.
As the blood sugar level rises it eventually reaches a point where the kidneys begin to allow it to "spill" out into the urine. This begins an osmotic diuresis that causes a great increase in urination and onset of dehydration. The body senses the dehydration as thirst and so we drink.
This is a little tricky.
In diabetes the excess sugar content in the blood is filtered by the kidneys, and the excess sugar in the urine pulls more water into the urinary tract, by exerting osmotic pressure.
