Tears drain away from each eye along two channels marked by a tiny opening at the inner edge of each lid. The channels lead to the lacrimal sac at the side of the nose, which is why your nose runs when you cry. Yawning exerts pressure on the lacrimal sac causing normal tearing.

when you yawn you squeeze your eyes, and maybe squeeze tears out of the tear ducts.
Only my theory
The eyes is connected to nasal valve with tear canal, and the air pressure from the ywan will force a little fluid out.
this is because as u yawn, you stretch your facial muscle, which would "squeeze" your tear glands, thus causing your eyes to water
This is just a guess, but i think it's because the muscles in your face & around your eyes are tightening & squeezing the glands that cause tears.
What would you prefer, Coke, Beer, Wine,..?
When we yawn we contract our eyes, that is our lacrimal glands or tear sacs which causes tears artificially.
