there are two important hormones in a woman's body-estrogen and progesterone. they regulate the monthl flow but due to certain reasons, their activities get imbalaced like-
stress, irregular meals or unhealthy diet, extreme excercise, or change of place and climate, have jst tarted ur sexual life or are on birth controlpills.
That has happened to me several times. Stress can cause a late period or a hormonal imbalance. Also losing a lot of weight can delay it. I had three wiles of blood taken and nothing was wrong so I guess we woman have to put up with it.
