What a great question! I suppose I would make the cranial protection system a stronger one and provide neurons better regenerative capabilities. Otherwise, this is a magnificent design we carry around! So, basically, bigger, thicker skulls, (which might imply a shorter gestation.natural selection and all that might bring us to women with bigger hips), and neurons which can heal faster and better. Not much change here, but just some better protection.

Definitely give humans the ability to regenerate damaged or severed spinal cords. Reroute nerves so they are not in areas easily pinched like under the clavicle and over the humerus. I would keep them surrounded by soft tissue if possible. I would not have repetitive motion cause injuries as in carpal tunnel. I would keep all the rest the same. Same speed of transmission, whatever else.

I do not know how to put it in scientifc words. But I would say change something near the coccyx (tail bone) coz sometimes when ppl fall they have a slip disc.Change something there to prevent slip discs.

I think ill give the neurons a thicker myelin sheath and ater thier DNA so that each one functions as a lil brain on its own,plus it must be able to repair and regenerate, it must be able to accelarate healing factors too.man..that wud be awesome
