As far as I know, in order to be licensed to practice medicine, you have to graduate from an accredited medical school. I'd report this doctor before anyone else gets hurt, or worse, dies.
Well, no. Absolutely not. But in order to be a Doctor, you need your diploma. DOCTOR is a title. Therefore, one cannot be a doctor without it.
