It would depend on when you will do the test and what for is the test.

Metabolites of Lexapro will likely be detectable in your system for around a week, possibly longer. So if you do the test after that then there is nothing to worry.

What for is the drug test is another consideration. Generally they are looking for the illegal substances that is why a drug test is done. So a Lexapro shouldn't be a source of concern particularly if it is for job purposes. There are some purposes however such as joining military, some sporting events that require you to be free of other drug usage such as Lexapro. This is the time you will fail in the test.

Anyway a tablet of lexapro won't give a remarkable level in your system and as long as it was taken by mistake then postpone the test after a week if it is worrying you.

If you had a prescription for it, you may be able to make a case for yourself. Any prescribed drug is exempted from drug test results as far as a medical reason to not be hired or retain work. It WILL show up in the test, but if you have had a legitimate reason to take it, you should be ok. I would not recommend that you start getting weekend prescriptions. the best thing to do if you are concerned about passing drug tests. is to not take anything that is NOT prescribed or banned outright.
