While we are brushing our teeth or eating buscuts the sound what we get internally is more than external person who standing near by us and hear. Why?

Answers:

The teeth that you are brushing and eating with are themselves set to vibrate as you eat or as they are brushed. The teeth are connected to the skull, and the vibrations go through your skull directly to your inner ear where your eardrum vibrates and thus the sound becomes "audible". This operates on the same principle as a tin can telephone.

Now the reason why people sitting away from you cannot hear the sound as loudly is that the sound energy of the vibrations decrease proportionally to the inverse square of the distance from you. This is due to the fact that the sound waves disipate in a spherical shockwave. To a good approximation it is proportional to an evenly distributed spherical soundwave, and hence if they are r distance away from you, and their eardrum is .0001 r in radius, then if you calculate the area of the eardrum, and you find what proportion that is of the surface area of the spherical shock wave, and then you find the initial energy that caused the spherical shockwave, then you will see that the amount of "sound energy" reaching the eardrums of the others is very tiny compared to the original.

because it is your teeth that is being rubed and plus your teeth has this nerve that when rubed makes you hear it.
you hear sounds because your mouth is close to your ears, which the has diffent vaules and nerves connecting to the brain. Every time you chew you are using muscles in the crainal(head) and as the mcusle move it vibrates the eardrum causing you to hear sounds in the mouth.
? i just in for the two points
If you are talking about hearing the brush against your teeth, it is because the vibrations against the bones make the bones in the ear canal vibrate against your tympanic membrane, or eardrum.

If you are talking about certain pitches then you will always hear a higher frequency, except when we are comparing a frequency so high that it is inaudible to the human ear. A frequency of 10k is high enough to be pretty irritating. Anything higher and you may want to check you family history to see if you are part canine.

Because the vibrations are transmitted to your ear directly through the jawbone. Bone conduction is more efficient than air conduction, and less sound energy is lost.
